CPC Reopening Update - April 9

April 9, 2021

CPC Family and Friends, As we move through the tiers and more restrictions are lifted, we wanted to update you about the reopening plans of our church building now that we are in the Orange Tier. Our estimated date to be back indoors for worship is Sunday April 25. Registration and masks will continue to be required for all. We are so thrilled that so many of you have already received a vaccination for Covid. We are pleased that all of the data regarding these vaccinations points to their overwhelming effectiveness. With that said, not everyone in our church has been given the opportunity to receive even their first dose. We are one body of believers and we find it extremely important to function as such. Therefore, even with the CDC updating their recommendations for fully vaccinated people, we feel as though it is important for the sake of unity to continue the course set before us. We want people who are at risk to be able to join our services, especially as we move inside, without being fearful. We can show an immense amount of love and compassion by simply continuing to wear our masks and social distance. The following continues to be our plan: April 11: Patio worship, masks and registration required April 18: Patio worship, masks and registration required April 25: Indoor worship at 50% capacity, masks and registration required We hope to see you this Sunday on the patio and online at 9:30 & 11:00AM. Please let us know how we can be helpful. We are celebrating the continued good news and lessening of restrictions. Pastor Tim and the Church Reopening Team Staff: Tim Yee, Luke Barnes, Bob Spencer, Abby Warburg Laity: Lily Ogden, Matt Bell, Susan Kuhlman
