Dear CPC family,
The state’s and county’s lifting of the universal mask mandate indoors means that in most circumstances wearing a mask becomes optional for the vaccinated. With a general move towards seeing COVID as endemic, we continue to encourage all who come to CPC to follow health guidelines that promote personal, communal, and spiritual health. You will notice that some will continue to wear masks -- vaccinated or unvaccinated -- and all will be welcome. We continue to ask anyone to stay home if symptomatic and to join us instead for worship online until symptoms subside.
This has been a challenging two years. We are ever more hopeful that we are at an endemic stage of the pandemic, which should result in increasing opportunities for us to live out our mission and vision. With new covenant partners joining our church, an increasing commitment to support mission work near and abroad, and searches begun to fill open staff positions, we are confident of God’s faithfulness to guide our church as we stay focused on the leading of the Holy Spirit.
CPC’s focus on our mission to “Glorify God and make disciples by Connecting People to Christ” will only grow in the coming year as we gather for worship, discipleship, fellowship, and service as God calls us to demonstrate “small acts of great love” in our daily lives.
The Session of CPC
