Worship @ CPC

Chancel Choir (High-School – Adult)

Rehearses Saturdays 9:00am – 11:00am | Sept. - June

Sanctuary The Chancel Choir leads worship for the 10:30 traditional service.
The choir is an integral part of the music of CPC, and they enjoy singing music from diverse eras and styles.

While all music is Christ-centered, it is not unusual to hear the choir sing everything from Bach to Traditional African Worship Chants. The Choir also sings major works at Christmas with special music worship services designed for Easter and other times of the year. The Chancel Choir is a non-auditioned choir encouraging all musicians from high school age on up to join!

Exalt (High-School – Adult)

Rehearsal times vary

The Exalt singers enjoy singing contemporary and gospel style choral music for the 9am Contemporary service. This choir sings every couple of months with a relaxed custom designed rehearsal schedule for each appearance in worship. This choir does require a short audition before joining. All musicians ages high school on up are encouraged to join!

Praise Band (High-School – Adult)

Rehearses Wednesdays 5:30pm – 6:30pm, Sanctuary The CPC Praise Band leads worship for the 9am contemporary service each week. The band plays a mix of classic, modern and brand new praise and worship music. They are made up of professional and volunteer musicians. The band is open to experienced instrumentalists and vocalists. Auditions are required.
